Well, it may not be spring yet, but we have had a few nice days. Take yesterday for example. Sunday March 13th. 70 degrees and sunny. The bike is inspected with two new tires and don't forget the engin modifications (bigger cam and some other goodies). Anyway, my wife and I headed out North Landing road to Centerville, turned left and headed down Centerville to Battlefield Blvd.
Left on Battlefield and we headed all the way down through Moyock to route 34. Took 34 over to Elizabeth City. Picked up route 17 south to the Circle II restaurant. I highly recommend the hot ham and cheese sub...Awesome!!!.
We left the restaurant and headed north on 17 all the way to Cedar Road. Turned right on Cedar back down to Battlefield turned right on Battlefield to Mount Pleasant, turned left and headed home.
All together we did a little less than 100 miles but for the first real ride of the season, it just couldn't get any better.
